Short Ribs 牛バラ肉と大根煮

Ingredients
- 1 knob ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3-inch piece daikon radish
- 1 carrot
- 1¾ lb boneless short ribs (800 g)
- Kosher or sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp roasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp sake
- 4 Tbsp mirin
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
Method
Cube the meat and sear on all sides. Cook on Meat/Stew setting for
35 minutes. Quick release.
