肉じゃが (Nikujaga)

Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes, cut into eighths (soak 10 min in cold water)
- 1 package shirataki noodles (7 oz)
- ½ lb thinly sliced beef (chuck or rib eye)
- 1 Tbsp neutral oil (vegetable, canola, etc.)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup dashi
- 3 Tbsp mirin
- 2 Tbsp sake
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 10 green beans (blanch separately, add at the end)
Method
Cook on Meat/Stew setting for 15 minutes, quick release.
Add blanched green beans at the end.
