Pressure Cooker. From Nom Nom Paleo.
Cut pork into smaller pieces. Slice into the pork and insert garlic cloves into the holes. Use ¾ tsp of medium-coarse salt per pound of meat (half that for fine-grained salt).
Cook bacon in the Instant Pot first. Place pork on top and add 1 cup of water (less if smaller than 5 lbs). Cook ~85 minutes on high.
For cabbage: after pressure is released, remove the pork, then add cabbage wedges and cook 2–5 minutes on high.
